I can't wait to make this - I just have to buy bananas and zucchini! What is plant-based milk? Does almond milk count? Or only rice or soy milk? Thanks, Neighbor! 🙂

Hi lovely, I am glad that you'll make this smoothie, I am sure that your family will love it.
Any plant-based milk will do, but if you don't have any problem with dairy then you can use it instead.

Waiting for your rating for this recipe.

      Much love.

Zucchini is one thing I haven’t tried in a smoothie yet! We grow zucchini in our garden every summer; I’ll have to try this recipe when we harvest some!

Hi Angie, I am happy that you want to take your health into your hands. Actually, what you should avoid is highly sugared smoothies but take more smoothies made with lots of greens and chia or flax seeds.
Your body needs healthy fat, for your brain and hormones. So adding 1-2 spoons of chia or flax seeds in your smoothies will give you the omega 3 fatty acids. Chia and flax seeds are also loaded with fiber that will help you move your bowels.
Make sure to drink enough smoothies to feel full.
I hope this helps you, if you need more support, don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you the best of healing Angie.
