Equipment
- A small pan
Ingredients
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 branches of fresh mint
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- 1 glass of water
Instructions
- Cut ginger into small chunks, put them in a pan then add the water
- Cover the pan and bring ginger to boil for 5 mins
- In the meanwhile, run tap water on the herbs
- Dice the cloves of garlic
- Cut off the heat after 5 mins and add the diced garlic together with the herbs
- Let the thyme tea steep for about 8 mins
- Enjoy your thyme tea with some honey if you wish to.
