Lovely, ever thought of fasting, or are you adept at fasting? Taking a break from food has a lot of benefits, which you can read from this article.

It's a combination of super healing ingredients, yet readily available! Whether you're breaking a fast or looking for a way to heal your gut, this zucchini soup will be helpful for your body.

Notes
- This healing zucchini soup is unique because its flavor and taste will depend on the amount of ingredients used. Extra ginger will add spicy notes, more turmeric may offset the flavor, strong green tea will alter the taste, and too much oregano might be overpowering.
- Make sure to use ONLY young or baby zucchini for the best taste. Young zucchini are high in water, so you do not need extra water.
- This zucchini soup is raw and very helpful when recovering, after fasting, or when having gastrointestinal issues. However, feel free to add cream and other ingredients if you desire a more hearty soup.
