There's a trick about this salad, the more you chew, the less hungry you will be. Did you know that chewing your food can help you in losing weight?

Fall health salad for weight loss served with orange-yogurt dressing

I've put together this fresh, raw, healthy salad recipe for weight loss so that you can be stress-free.

Weight gain comes along with stress and the best way you can help yourself is by eating healthy food like this cauliflower salad.

If you're on a daily intake of the corticosteroid like prednisolone you might have realized its side effect on weight gain.

Orange-yogurt dressing

This super salad is packed with ingredients to boost your body with vitamin C. Vitamin C is a fat burner. People who consume food high in vitamin C burn more calories while exercising compared to those with low Vitamin C.

A vibrant fall salad with radishes, celery, bell peppers, apples, and herbs, folded together with a nutritional yeast-yogurt dressing.

This healthy salad recipe is deliciously spiced and sweet, the perfect entree salad or as a main dish, if you serve yourself a huge amount.

What makes this salad a perfect weight loss recipe besides its nutritional value is the fact that you'll be chewing slowly these crunchy veggies, this will make you feel full fast.

Eating too fast can be harmful to your body.

We love this fall healthy salad for weight loss because it's

  • fresh
  • healthy
  • light
  • crunchy &
  • delicious

While making this fall healthy salad recipe for weight loss, you can add or substitute some vegetables.

Worried about your protein intake?

Be assured, every vegetable and fruit in this healthy salad has some proteins.

Nutritional yeast and yogurt are a good source of proteins too, together with minerals and vitamins.

My tip to help you lose weight easily is to eat enough like this till you feel satisfied, and practice intermittent fasting!

By intermittent fasting, I mean you do not eat anything between the meals, and by anything I mean even fruits. That way your body will burn more energy from body fat.

I hope that this fall healthy salad recipe for weight loss will be helpful in your healing journey.

I love you, Githu.
