This green smoothie is sweet and you don't even feel the spinach. It's perfect for weight loss as it has only natural sugar and is high in fiber. A glass or two of this green smoothie replaces an entire meal.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 3 medium apples
  • 1 well-riped banana
  • a huge handful of fresh spinach
  • 2 cups plantbased milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

Instructions

  • Clean your apples and spinach
  • Put all the ingredients starting with raisins in the blender apart from chia seeds
  • Blend till smooth, if need be, add some more milk
  • Add chia seeds and blend again for 30 sec
  • Serve immediately and enjoy

    Hi Githu,

    I'll have to try this version of a green smoothie. I've taken to making these in the morning for my husband and me. I use kale/baby spinach, granny smith apple, ginger, lemon + spirulina and maca.

    This may sound odd but I look forward to your posts coming from France as we are neighbors. I live in Spain.
