But, I still hold that image till today. It was enigmatic to me how these small orange melons could be obtained. At a point, I thought that how big melons grew lol.

Simple avocad-cucumber salad with melon
- Sharp knife
- A bowl
- Mellon baller
Summer melon-cucumber salad with avocado
- 1 a small cantaloupe melon
- 1 medium english cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- some leaves of fresh basil or mint
- 1 tablespoon lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
Let's start with the dressing
- Squeeze ½ the lemon to get the lemon juice and pour it in a small bowl
- Add the olive oil
- Add the salt, mix well and set aside
Simple avocado-cucumber salad
- Using your sharp knife peel the cantaloupe melon after cleaning it
- Using a melon baller, get the melon balls and put them in a bowl
- Clean and wipe your cucumber
- Using the melon baller get the cucumber balls and add them to the melon
- Get fresh basil leaves and add them to the melon cucumber
- Sprinkle the dressing and mix well but gently
- Serve this salad on individual plates
- Clean and tap dry your avocado.
- Slice it lengthwise after peeling off the skin
