Are eggs good for you | Is eating eggs every day bad?

by Githu

Are eggs good for you? Get this exclusive information about eggs and make good healthy choices for you and your family!

Lovely, how do you like your eggs? Do you love them boiled, in shakshuka, omelet, in pancakes, or do you like drinking them raw?

I used to eat a lot of eggs years before I started my healing journey! I've never been a meat eater, so I'd go for more eggs for proteins, just as many people do.

Are eggs good for you?

I wish I had asked myself this question before! But I'm very happy to have learned so much about eggs that I'd love to share this information with you in a Kindle ebook.

There were a time eggs were no-to-go-to food, and everyone in the knowhow would vividly say eggs were bad.

This is because eggs are high in cholesterol. When we consume food high in cholesterol, we raise the LDL (the bad cholesterol ) in the blood. Too much bad cholesterol, especially small LDL, can quickly lead to heart disease.

But things somehow changed in the past few years. Today, almost every health guru is preaching the health benefits of eggs, and some people go to the extent of referring to eggs as Superfoods!

Science is not linear, and it changes every other day! While I'll not put science into question, we can't ignore that lobbying influences governments.

What happened so that the eggs that were having bad publicity some years ago have now spotlights as super healthy food?

I might sound critical, but after reading much scientific research, many papers connect high egg consumption (even 5 eggs/week) to increased mortality, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc.

Of course, some papers show the benefits of eating eggs, but they are few.

I've had my clients and many people on my social media asking me if eggs are healthy and, if yes, how many they can eat per day.

Many get shocked when I tell them to limit to 2-3 eggs/week!

That's why I decided to do further deep research to find answers for my clients and also to help someone like you who might wonder if eggs are healthy.

7 reasons you should reduce egg consumption

I wrote a Kindle ebook that will give you exclusive information about eggs, especially if you are concerned about your health or are already diagnosed with an inflammatory disease.

The Kindle is available in the US, Uk, France, and several other countries. Remember to change your country on your amazon portal to access the US market, for example.

I hope this ebook will help you make better choices where eggs are concerned.

    Hello there

I grew up on a dairy farm in Midwest America. Every morning I went out to pick up the eggs from the hens. Every morning my mother served us eggs in some form for breakfast, simply because we grew and preserved our own food.

After a couple of years I said "no more eggs". After that it was Cream of Wheat! To this day I am intolerant of eggs - the taste, smell, everything. I can tolerate in egg salad or when they are adequately disquised in a dish. I do appreciate a good quiche.
    thanks for this informative post!

Hi Nora, I just felt like reading a bit of my story. I used to love eggs, and we ate a lot as I grew up on a farm too. But with years, eggs' smell became something I could no longer stand. I still cook some eggs for my kids once in a blue moon, but I have to ensure they clean the dishes thoroughly because the after smell is just too awful for me.
I'm glad you are doing well, and I profoundly thank you for your support. Many blessings to you.
