For anyone on a gluten-free diet, your biggest struggle is finding good gluten-free flour for pancakes and other yummy meals. I've personally struggled a lot to find gluten-free flour. This is why I came up with my own homemade gluten-free flour. Let me show you how to make homemade gluten-free flour for yourself .

homemade gluten-free flour

Do you agree with me that when you are dealing with chronic pain, baking bread could be the last thing that would cross your mind?

It's not about going gluten-free but finding the best gluten-free flour to use.

Do you want to eat a healthy gluten-free bread?

Unfortunately, many gluten-free blends, in your supermarkets, tend to be worse than white flour. They have got a lot of starch added, and some have gums, etc...

On the other hand, making your homemade gluten-free flour could be very intimidating.

Most of the homemade gluten-free blends proposed in most blogs call for white rice and a lot of starch!

This gluten-free flour is a blend that I created will not yield that bakery bread, but its results will surprise you.

ingredients for homemade gluten-free flour

What you'll Love about this Homemade Gluten-free Flour:

  1. It's easy and quick to make

      2. It requires only a few healthy ingredients

      3. No starch is needed to bind the flour

      4. Your baking will be easy

      5. It yields a very sweet and soft bread

      6. It has minerals & vitamins

When blending peanut beans and chia seeds, be careful not to mix for a long time, otherwise, the flour will form lumps.

I don't sieve my flour, but feel free to do so. Use your hands to break the lumps.

You might get some peanut beans chunks, but don't worry about them too much. They add texture to your baking and they won't bother you as you eat your bread or pancakes.

In the next post, I'll show you how to make very sweet bread with this homemade gluten-free flour. Remember to subscribe to get more delicious recipes directly to your inbox.

So here is the recipe, go ahead make your own gluten-free flour and let's start baking!

Don't forget to pin it and the most important thing tell me how you find this mix.

My love to you, Githu.

Sounds fantastic, can’t wait for the bread recipe! Where can I find peanut beans? I’ve never heard of such beans, unless you’re using actual peanuts!

Hi, Isabelle. First, thank you for being here. To replace oats, you can either add an extra cup of buckwheat or add a cup of chickpea flour(you can mill chickpeas if you are using a super powerful blender). I hope that helps. Let me know if it works.
