This is where CBD comes in as a natural aid for better sleep. CBD, or cannabidiol, is a natural compound found in the cannabis plant. This compound is commonly used as a natural aid to help manage stress, anxiety, and pain. It also helps alleviate inflammation and sleep disorders.
