Ingredients

  • 1 cup 185gm cooked quinoa & millet
  • ½ cup 120 ml freshly pressed orange juice
  • 2 clementines (4 if too small)
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon cold-pressed olive oil (totally optional but adds vitamin E)

Instructions

  • Get the pomegranate arils as explained on the post
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl to make quinoa millet breakfast
