  • 100 g silken tofu or plain yogurt
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 2-3 pitted Medjool dates
  • a handful of fresh purslane or spinach/kale
  • 3 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • ½ lemon squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  • Clean the purslane or the greens that you are using
  • Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender except the strawberries and blend
  • Add frozen strawberries and blend into smoothie.
