Ingredients
A kale salad recipe with sun-dried tomatoes

large kale leaves
1
clove of garlic, diced
5
sun-dried tomatoes sliced into small pieces

radishes sliced with a vegetable peeler
1
medium carrot, grated
½
bell pepper, diced
½
cup
mixed nuts of your choice

medium red apple sliced into thin wedges

healthy oil
pinch of salt if necessary
Instructions
A kale salad recipe with sun-dried tomatoes
Tear or cut kale leaves into small bites and put them in a large salad bowl
Add diced garlic together with sun-dried tomatoes in the bowl
Add the oil & the vinegar
Using your hands massage the kale together with sun-dried tomatoes by squeezing them till the kale leaves reduce the size and turn dark green
Now, bring all the other ingredients in the bowl apart from the salt, and toss them together to make a fabulous salad
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the salad marinate for at least 10 mins
Taste before serving, add salt ONLY if it's necessary!
