Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 3 purple kale or green kale leaves (stem removed)
  • a handful of fresh spinach (cleaned)
  • 100 gm yogurt
  • a small piece of ginger (cleaned and sliced)
  • 1-2 banana (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend
  • You may need extra water if you want a thin smoothie
  • Serve immediately and enjoy
