This weight-loss detox soup is a quick and easy way to cleanse your body and boost your immune system. I use a variety of vegetables and herbs to create a tasty soup packed with vitamins and minerals.
Start by pressing the garlic, and put it in a salad bowl
Using a mandolin or a vegetable peeler, slice thinly the beets and radishes. Put these into the salad bowl with garlic.
Dice the apple, and chop the endive. Add them to the bowl.
Using a grater, grate both ginger and turmeric and then add them to the bowl.
Heat the water without letting it boil.
Chop the herbs, and place the remaining ingredients (except the fermented) in the salad bowl.
Pour the hot water, and use a spoon to gently mix the ingredients.
Cover the bowl with a lid or kitchen towel, and let the flavors infuse for about 10 mins.
Taste for seasoning. Serve and enjoy.

Notes
I use lots of beets and radishes to make this soup. If you are new to these ingredients, use less.
This detox soup can be made in advance. Store it in an air-tight container and keep it in your fridge. However, do not leave it for longer than a day, as the enzymes and vitamins will start degrading.
Keep in mind that this soup is an a idea, customize it by adding more veggies or substitute some.
