Equipment

Ingredients

  • cup (42g) flax seeds
  • a piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 small celery stalk with leaves
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium orange
  • a few leaves of baby spinach
  • a handful of parsley
  • a handful of lamb's lettuce
  • 2 glasses water ( or as desired)

Instructions

  • Soak the flax seeds overnight or for about 6 hours in a glass of water.
  • Clean all the other ingredients
  • Peel the orange and cut it into pieces.
  • Roughly chop the remaining ingredients and put them in a blender.
  • Add the orange and a slice of the peel.
  • Bring the soaked flax seeds and water, and blend.
  • Serve immediately. Save and share this recipe.

  • Use the flax seeds together with their soaking water
