Ingredients
⅓
cup (42g)
flax seeds
a piece of fresh ginger
1
small celery stalk with leaves
1
medium apple
1
medium orange
a few leaves of baby spinach
a handful of parsley
a handful of lamb's lettuce

glasses
water ( or as desired)
Instructions
Soak the flax seeds overnight or for about 6 hours in a glass of water.
Clean all the other ingredients
Peel the orange and cut it into pieces.
Roughly chop the remaining ingredients and put them in a blender.
Add the orange and a slice of the peel.
Bring the soaked flax seeds and water, and blend.
Serve immediately. Save and share this recipe.
