Ingredients

  • medium carrot
  • a thumb of ginger
  • a root of fresh turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curcuma powder
  • ¼ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup fresh black or red grapes
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 small red apple
  • 100 gm kefir/yogurt/fermented milk
  • 3 cups coconut water or plain water

Instructions

  • Clean the vegetables and fruits
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend into a smoothie
  • Consume immediately
  • Store the remaining in a tightly closed jar, place that in your fridge, and consume the smoothie within the day.
