Ingredients

  • ½ well riped pineapple
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 small piece turmeric
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Clean your fruits and veggies.
    Peel and cut your well-riped pineapple into pieces and add them to your blender, chop the core into small sizes.
    Take the leaves of cilantro (I find the stems leaves a lot of fiber, which is good but not quite in a smoothie)
    Cut the stems of your spinach if they're mature spinach.
    chop your ginger and turmeric (just a small piece)
    Add everything into the blender.
    Add water and blend starting with the lower speed then end with high speed.
    Add chia by opening the hole of your blender's lid, blend for a few seconds.
