Anti-inflammatory banana smoothie
Reduce your inflammation by drinking this anti-inflammatory banana smoothie every day. Loaded with anti-inflammatory ingredients this banana smoothie is healthy and filling.
Servings: 3 people
- 2 big oranges
- 2 ripebananas
- 1 well riped mango
- a large handful of fresh spinach
Wash all your fruits and the spinach.
Press the oranges and pour the juice in your blender
Peel the mango and the bananas and put them in the blender
Add the spinach after having removed the stems.
Blend these into a smoothie that's yummy starting at low speed then at the highest speed of your blender
Serve immediately and enjoy
