Rheumatoid Arthritis tea with Star Anise
Enjoy a cup of this Rheumatoid Arthritis tea to help you reduce inflammation
Servings: 2 cups
- 2 sticks cinnamon I used Ceylon cinnamon
- 5 pods star anise
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 2 cups cold water
In a pan over medium heat, cover the cinnamon sticks after breaking them into chunks together with star anise pods, for about 3 mins for them to give their aroma. Please check the on the heat
In the meantime, chop ginger finely.
Put ginger in the pan, stir, and add the 2 cups of cold water.
Cover and bring to boil by increasing the heat. This might take 4-5 mins.
Let it simmer at low heat for 10 mins aftere reducing the heat.
Filter and serve hot with some raw honey.
