Rheumatoid Arthritis tea with Star Anise

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks cinnamon I used Ceylon cinnamon
  • 5 pods star anise
  • 1 piece fresh ginger
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  • In a pan over medium heat, cover the cinnamon sticks after breaking them into chunks together with star anise pods, for about 3 mins for them to give their aroma. Please check the on the heat
  • In the meantime, chop ginger finely.
  • Put ginger in the pan, stir, and add the 2 cups of cold water.
  • Cover and bring to boil by increasing the heat. This might take 4-5 mins. 
  • Let it simmer at low heat for 10 mins aftere reducing the heat.
  • Filter and serve hot with some raw honey.
  • Enjoy your rheumatoid arthritis tea.
