Start by pressing the tofu with kitchen paper or towel to get rid of excess water
In a bowl bring all the dry ingredients for the marinating sauce
Add the orange juice gradually as you keep on mixing the sauce
The sauce should be creamy and not flowing just like a yogurt
Insert a very sharp thin knife or a toothpick in the tofu without breaking it, this will facilitate the marinating sauce to penetrate in the tofu
Cut the tofu into rectangles or any shape you'd prefer
Bring the tofu in the bowl, mix gently, one by one till all is covered with the sauce
Cover the bowl and store in the fridge for at least 8 hours
Transfer the marinated tofu gently into the baking pan and bake @180° for about 50-60 mins
You can grate un lemon zest if you have a lemon in the house (it's optional)
Serve while warm or cold.
