  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 cup frozen cherries (or more than a cup)
  • 1 cup cooked & cooled sweet potato
  • 1-2 well riped bananas
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (add more if the smoothie is too thick) I love coconut for the extra flavor
  • 2 square pieces of dark chocolate (70%)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
