a handful of fresh spinach
1/2cupraisins (no sugar added)
1/2cuproasted seeds (pepitas, sunflower)
some coconut flakes (you can use fresh coconut)
1cup frozen mango
2cupsplant milk
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth

Notes
I prefer grating parsnip before to ensure that there are no fibrous debris
You can use either plant milk or water
You'll feel the flavor of the roasted seeds, if this isn't a flavor you like, then consider using non-roasted seeds
