Autumn raw veggies salad
- 1 medium fennel bubls
- 1 cup chopped white cabbage
- 10 pieces red radish
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 handful cilantro
- 10 juniper berries
- 2 small green pears
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbs cold pressed olive oil
- cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
- Chop garlic put in a salad bowl. Dice all the rest of vegetables into the desired size. You can opt to use a food processor or mandolin. Add them to the garlic.Make a sauce by squeezing the lemon, adding the olive oil, and salt together.Cut the pears and add them to the salad plus the cayenne pepper.Fold in the salad delicately with the sauce.Enjoy your raw vegetables salad
